The client’s Talent Acquisition Group looked to redesign a clear, easily digestible hiring system, including guides and tools, to align eight departments and improve the hiring experience internally and externally.
Working with leaders of the company across divisions, we sought to understand the connection points between different groups – how and when they should work together as well as the impact they have on one another – to create a framework that showcases their collaboration and how it maps to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDL) phases and tools.
Through immersion into the technical side of product development, we synthesized strategies, RACI charts, and a company-wide reorganization, to create a guidebook that introduced and outlined complex strategies to bring experts across the company together to review a products' development at regular intervals and reduce technical risk of product launches.
